HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) MANAGER

Global Manufacturing company in the Indianapolis area, looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR (at non-union, manufacturing plant with over 1000 staff). This is a relatively new facility with state of the art manufacturing equipment and the company has been expanding.

The ideal candidate will have between 10 to 20 years experience in HR Manager and come from a Manufacturing / Industrial / Warehouse work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and staff of 10+ (HR Generalists & support staff to manage and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Staffing, onboarding and training programs for employees to ensure they are fully integrated into the company culture and operations.
• Employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations and oversee workplace conflicts & resolutions.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration.
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skill set.
• Progressive career with 10 to years experience in HR in human resources management.
• Strong preference for experience in a Manufacturing / Industrial / Warehouse environment.
• Looking for leadership - Strategic, tactical & day to day in the HR professional.
