Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $26/hour
  • Location: Monahans, TX
  • Assignment Duration: 12 months+
  • Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ (in-office)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive with 401(k) program, PTO and Holidays

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
  • Proficiency with MS Office required
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • High spirited, eager to learn, takes initiative, feels comfortable working out of the comfort zone dedicated and dependable
  • Familiar how to navigate in SAP application (Refresher training will be provided)
  • Willing to learn new skills and receptive to change

Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and supports activities for a program, department or initiative
  • Performs administrative tasks in support of effort
  • Ensures coordination of activities across departments and or individuals. Provides general meeting support and schedule coordination
  • Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information
  • Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving
