Applications Engineer – Hospitality Technology | Remote/Travel

In this client-facing Applications Engineering role, you’ll blend technical know-how with customer interaction, joining sales calls, leading site surveys, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from demo to deployment. It’s perfect for someone who loves both tech and hospitality and enjoys seeing real impact at the customer level.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with Sales to support demos, discovery sessions, and solution design
• Conduct on-site surveys and develop custom implementation plans
• Draft proposals and SOWs for unique client projects
• Bridge the gap between technical and business teams, turning client goals into actionable
solutions
• Capture customer feedback to drive product enhancements
•Travel regularly for client meetings and site visits (up to 70%, primarily by air)
What You’ll Bring
• Relevant experience in IT and business Plus hospitality, or foodservic
• Understanding of software development, testing, and system integration (no coding required)
• Experience in pre/post-sales support, applications, or technical consulting
• Strong communicator who can translate tech features into business value
