Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Preschool Teacher located in Scranton, PA. The Assistant Teacher provides support to classroom teachers, maintains a safe and nurturing environment, assists with daily schedules and routines, and supervises children during activities and transitions. Daily responsibilities include aiding in curriculum development, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment, and fostering positive communication with the children, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

• Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten readiness
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in a preschool setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education preferred
