Job Description

Our team is actively seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our esteemed clients in Roseville, CA.

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Career Opportunity: Assistant Property Manager
In a dynamic role under the general supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager will contribute to the management, upkeep, and operational excellence of our expanding portfolio of commercial properties. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative duties aimed at ensuring efficient property management, leasing activities, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the Property Manager in the administration of commercial properties.
  • Managing communications and relationships with vendors and tenants.
  • Handling contract administration and management.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and management.
  • Performing CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations.
  • Overseeing tenant account reconciliations and management.
  • Preparing and managing reports.
  • Administering payables, including entry and processing.
  • Managing accounts receivable and tenant collections.
  • Conducting property inspections.
  • Facilitating communication with property owners as needed.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience or experience in a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong multitasking ability.
Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
