Akkodis is seeking for an Automation Test Lead position which is in Collierville/Memphis, TN (Hybrid)

Title: Automation Test Lead

Location: Collierville/Memphis, TN (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $60-65/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Must-Have Skills:

1) Must have good hands-on Selenium Automation testing scripting along with performance testing scripting (JMeter tool) and Functional & Integration testing experience.

2)Must have Airline domain experience along with logistics domain.

3) Must have leadership skill to drive the team and represent ACN in front of customer.

Nice-to-have Skills:

1) Agile methodology

2) Good communication & presentation skill

3) Simulator/Virtualization tools (ReadyAPI etc) experiences.

Job Description:

Must be able to perform as client facing Test Lead (Sr Automation Test Lead)

Should be able to use virtualization tool

Should have good understanding of Agile methodology and analytical skill

Responsibilities:

As a Quality Engineering Lead (Automation Test Lead) having hands on experience in Selenium Framework scripting and with exposure of Performance testing, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.

Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Intermediate proficiency in Test Automation Framework is required. Intermediate proficiency in Test Management is recommended. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning, Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested.
