Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish)

Location: [ATLANTA, GA 30331]

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00PM (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour, based on experience

We are currently seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) to assist Spanish-speaking customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (including document formatting and basic formulas)
  • Knowledge of Outlook and proper email etiquette
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with accounting and other departments
  • Problem-solving mindset, with good judgment on when to escalate issues
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails and process orders accurately
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of orders to production
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers
  • Provide product information and support to sales personnel
  • Handle customer complaints, escalate to appropriate personnel, and follow up on credit approvals
  • Bill orders that have shipped
  • Support shipping and production departments with necessary documentation
  • Prepare and deliver order reports using Excel for management review
