Job Description

Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals find top jobs with the nation's top schools. We’re partnering with a school district in Worcester County, MA to hire dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. This role focuses on supporting early childhood and elementary students with behavioral and social-emotional needs.

As a BCBA, you will provide individualized behavior support, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure students reach their full potential.

Position Details:

Location: In-person, Worcester County, MA

Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (typical school hours; some flexibility may be required)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

School Year: 2025/2026

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and ensure progress.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) planning.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working in school-based or educational settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
