Job Description

Job Duties:

• Lead our Girls National Academy League & NECSL Girls ‘ teams programming.

Duties including but not limited to;

• Ensure the on-going identification & recruitment of players to the Bolts NAL & NECSL platforms.
• In person observation during training and games & providing feedback to coaches and

players

• Create and implement a coaching evaluation system
• Supervise the appropriate placement of players on NAL & NECSL teams
• Mentor, educate, and support our girls coaches
• Recruit, hire and mentor qualified coaching staff
• Recommend league and team placement for our girls teams.
• Provide administrative support to the Bolts administrative staff
• Coach one or more teams

Requirements:

• USSF C License or high level playing experience.
• 3+ years club soccer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of coaches.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit players
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment with strong
• decision-making skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends; must have their

own transportation.
