Job Description

Seeking a Casting Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. This role is critical to producing high-quality water purification membranes through a continuous coating process. The Casting Technician operates and monitors the coating line, performs quality checks, and ensures all process variables meet specifications.

• Set up and operate coating machines for production runs.
• Mix and feed coating chemicals to the machine according to specifications.
• Monitor and adjust process variables (viscosity, pH, temperature, flow, speed, thickness).
• Perform periodic quality tests on membrane samples.
• Document process data accurately and maintain compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping and safety guidelines.
• Complete respirator fit test and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to pass respirator fit test.

• Production/warehouse setting with moderate noise level.
• Requires use of respiratory protection and adherence to safety protocols.
