Now Hiring: CNC Machinists, Operators, Welders & Manufacturing Talent

Wallingford & Tolland, CT

1st & 2nd Shifts Available Pay: Competitive & Based on Experience

Must be US Citizen and Live in CT or MA

Open Positions Include:

• CNC Machinists
• CNC Mill & Lathe Operators
• HAAS Machine Operators
• Manual Machinists
• Deburrers
• Welders (MIG/TIG – depending on role)

What You’ll Be Doing (Role Dependent):

• Set up and operate CNC Mills and/or Lathes (HAAS experience a plus)
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Deburr and finish machined parts to specification
• Weld components per prints and procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing or machining experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level candidates)
• CNC Mill, Lathe, or HAAS experience a strong plus
• Welding experience for welder roles
• Ability to read blueprints (for machinist roles)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused mindset

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay ranges vary based on experience and position
• Shift differentials available for 2nd shift
