🚧 Superintendent – Commercial Construction
📍 Location: Doral, FL (Projects across West Palm, Broward, and Miami-Dade)
💰 Salary: $140K + Company Truck (F-150) + Benefits
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across South Florida. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on fast-paced, ground-up work and wants to join a contractor with a strong pipeline and reputation for quality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Lead day-to-day onsite operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are met
🔹 Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, and inspectors to keep projects running smoothly
🔹 Oversee tilt-wall construction from layout to erection
🔹 Manage RFIs, inspections, and project documentation with precision
🔹 Be the go-to person for problem-solving in the field
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven Superintendent experience (5+ years preferred)
✅ Tilt-wall construction expertise is a must
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track
✅ OSHA certification and familiarity with Procore (or similar software) a plus
