Job Description

Position Summary

This position provides clerical support for the corporate office, carries out reception duties and provides administrative support for the entire corporate team. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, sign for deliveries, receive and distribute mail, answer phone calls.
  • Order and coordinate lunch.
  • Setup and cleanup various meetings and parties, including ordering food if required.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and orderly.
  • Coordinate birthday cards and celebrations.
  • Provide clerical duties for Asset Management team.
  • Assist with property operations and due diligence administration.
  • Assist and support all corporate staff as needed.
  • Accountable for confidential and time sensitive material.
  • Special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, and in an organized manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and information.
