Job Summary

Provides administrative and technical support to the CTS team with the goal of ensuring the smooth operation of the CTS facility and of optimizing customer service levels. Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise

• Good clerical, organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to establish work priorities and to handle multiple tasks for maximum efficiency.

• Ability to partner with members of the CTS team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management, order entry, and customer support activities.

• Competent in resolving order and billing issues.

• Possesses analytical skills to assess the department’s performance with respect to inventory management, technical operations, and billing. Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure/Certifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• One year of experience in data entry, inventory management, and/or order fulfillment preferred

• One year of experience in a role interacting with internal and/or external customers preferred

• One year of experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system (such as SalesForce) preferred

• One year of experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (such as NetSuite) preferred

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

1. Interacts with physicians, employees and clients in a positive manner consistent with the mission and values of Bako Diagnostics.

2. Utilizes computerized data entry equipment and various word processing, spreadsheet and file maintenance programs to enter, store and/or retrieve client orders and summarizes data in preparation of standardized reports.

3. Maintains inventory data, monitors inventory flow and re-orders supplies when inventories are low.

4. Researches and resolves client issues with order fulfillment and billing.

5. Serves as a backup to warehouse staff when needed with order fulfillment and invoicing. Working Conditions
