Job Description

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire call center professionals to join its team!

**Position is 100% remote, MUST be able to pick up equipment in Tallahassee**

Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available

Customer Service Representative Benefits:

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services
  • Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload.
  • Providing quality customer service and support.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications for the position include:

  • Team Player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service/call center experience required.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese or Creole) strongly preferred.
