Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team, specializing in escalated troubleshooting and administrative support for our electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Troubleshooting Support

  • Manage and resolve escalated calls related to EV charger issues.
  • Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication to customers.
  • Log troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately in support systems.

🗂️ Administrative Support

  • Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments with customers and field teams.
  • Process online applications, including photo reviews for qualification criteria.
  • Maintain up-to-date and well-organized customer records.
  • Perform routine administrative duties including data entry and document filing.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Highly organized , with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
