Temporary Call Center Representative/Benefits Enroller

We’re currently seeking Temporary Call Center Representatives/Benefits Enrollers for an exciting opportunity in the Wall Township area. Join a team dedicated to ensuring members complete their benefits enrollment accurately and efficiently during this enrollment season. No prior industry experience is required, as extensive training will be provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive onsite training to learn the enrollment process and systems.
• Answer inbound calls using a computer-based phone system.
• Confirm the identity of each member at the commencement of every call.
• Assist members with their benefits enrollment via an online enrollment portal.
• Review and verify members’ elections upon completing their enrollment process.
• Send confirmation statements directly to members via the portal at the conclusion of the call.
• Utilize Excel and web-based search engines efficiently as part of the tasks.
• Engage closely with enrollment managers, who will provide support throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and navigating web-based search engines is required.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to manage calls and input data accurately into a computer system.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to training and processes.

Schedule & Compensation:

• On-site positions located in Wall Township, NJ.
• Temporary roles beginning mid-October and running through the end of the year, with potential for extension into January/February after a short holiday break.
• Compensation at $20 per hour.
