Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Advisor – Written Channels

Pay: $25/hour

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Start: Mid-October

End: Mid-January

Schedule: Hybrid, rotating shifts — must be available for all shifts

9:30am–6:30pm (in-office)
1:00pm–10:00pm (remote)
Weekend availability required (weekends are work-from-home)
Schedules will flex weekly. Client will assign shifts — no accommodations can be made.

Responsibilities

Deliver an elevated customer experience through email, chat, text, and social media channels
Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally with strong written communication skills
Convert client inquiries into sales while meeting/exceeding KPIs
Provide tailored product knowledge and styling advice
Resolve customer issues efficiently (orders, returns, product info)
Accurately log all interactions in CRM and support operational efficiency

Qualifications

Exceptional written communication skills with attention to tone, grammar, and detail
2+ years in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through digital channels
Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
