Key Responsibilities:
· Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and/or Sigma
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into deliverable reports
· Develop internal scorecards for tracking business metrics and KPIs
· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs and assist with data validation and integrity checks across multiple data sources
· Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure proper data integration and architecture
· Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
· Maintain and update reporting documentation and dashboards as needed
Education/Experience:
· This position requires a bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
· Previous experience with MS Excel and business intelligence tools
Skills:
· 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role
· Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Sigma, Tableau)
· Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets from relational databases
· Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling
· Experience with data analysis and scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
· Strong attention to detail and a passion for data integrity and accuracy
