We’re Hiring: Data Scientist – Quant UX Research

Are you excited about shaping AI products through data and user research?

Join us as a Data Scientist (Quantitative UX focus) to drive insights from behavioural and conversational data. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve our AI assistant experience—and help define the future of user interaction.

What You’ll Do

User Behavior & Research

• Design and scale quantitative UX studies
• Analyze behavior, retention, and satisfaction trends
• Segment users and identify key patterns
• Partner on mixed-methods research with qualitative teams

Analytics & Measurement

• Define product and UX success metrics
• Build frameworks for continuous monitoring
• Align tracking with engineering teams (PostHog, etc.)

Conversational AI Insights

• Analyze multi-turn chat data and user prompts
• Apply NLP/LLM tools for topic modeling & sentiment
• Identify what makes a great AI interaction

Communication & Collaboration

• Translate data into actionable product insights
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical teams
• Own projects end-to-end—from ideation to delivery

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years in data science or quantitative research
• MS/PhD in HCI, Stats, Psych, Data Science, or similar
• Strong SQL + Python or R skills
• Survey design + behavioral data experience
• Experience with statistical methods (regression, clustering, causal inference)
• Prior work with conversational data (e.g., topic modeling)
• Clear communicator & strong storyteller
• Self-starter with a passion for open-ended problem solving

Bonus Skills

• Experimental design & multivariate stats
• Experience with AI-powered products
• Familiarity with LLM/NLP tools
