Job Description
The Dealer performs all dealing services at an assigned table to customers in accordance with established policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.

Maintain an ongoing inspection of cards or dice, ensuring the security and integrity of the assigned table.
Exchange the customer’s currency for gaming chips.
Maintains outstanding levels of customer service.
Reports directly to the Casino Floor Supervisor and above.
Qualifications
Solid customer relations skills and professional image.
Thorough knowledge of at least two games.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to observe and listen carefully, mental and visual alertness, peripheral vision and good eye/hand coordination.
Good mathematical skills.
Ability to read and write.
Displays knowledge of game protection and security procedures.
