Radiology Manager opportunity in a mission-driven Imaging Services department, perfect for an experienced imaging leader who thrives on elevating patient care, team culture, and operational excellence ✨.

Radiology Manager will serve a Community Medical Center that offers a full continuum of care, including emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and specialty services under public hospital district governance. Radiology Manager will support a facility known for a commitment to patient safety, rural health quality initiatives, and adherence to nationally recognized standards and accreditation. Radiology Manager will be part of a collaborative, values-forward culture that invests in modern equipment and continuous improvement.

Radiology Manager reports to a senior clinical executive such as the Chief Clinical Officer and leads a cross-functional team of technologists, coordinators, and support staff across multiple modalities. Radiology Manager directly oversees daily Imaging Services operations while partnering closely with Emergency, Surgery, Primary Care, and specialty providers, as well as contracted radiologists. Radiology Manager will guide a multi-modality department encompassing general radiography, CT, ultrasound, and mammography, with access to mobile MRI services as needed. Radiology Manager will work alongside board-certified radiologists and skilled technologists dedicated to compassionate, efficient care for patients of all ages.

Radiology Manager will champion clinical excellence by advancing staff education, competency validation, radiation safety, image quality standards, and evidence-based protocols, driving Quality Improvement and patient safety across Diagnostic Imaging. Radiology Manager will oversee administrative operations including staffing and scheduling, budgeting and capital planning, vendor and physician relations, accreditation readiness (e.g., ACR/MQSA), policy development, equipment lifecycle management, and PACS/RIS optimization. Radiology Manager will also maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal standards and promote a culture of safety and reliability. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time.

Radiology Manager will enjoy the lifestyle benefits of this Area—surrounded by forests, lakes, and mountains—with year-round outdoor recreation like hiking, boating, fishing, cycling, and snow sports, plus a friendly community vibe and a practical cost of living 🌲. Radiology Manager can appreciate intimate class sizes, local career growth opportunities, and a balanced pace of life, all while making a meaningful impact in rural healthcare. Radiology Manager candidates seeking clean air, open skies, and accessible adventure will find this Area a fulfilling place to call home.

Radiology Manager is offered Competitive Compensation and Generous Benefits, with the potential for sign-on incentives and employer-supported wellness resources; the opportunity to shape Imaging Services in a community setting means measurable impact on patients and families every single day. Radiology Manager will find a role with purpose, leadership influence, and the support to build a high-performing, patient-centered service line.
