Position Overview

High Scale, a leading advertising agency, is seeking a highly motivated and persistent Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, unwavering determination, and the ability to represent our advertising agency at various events and through direct sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales activities to generate new business opportunities for High Scale's advertising services
• Represent High Scale at trade shows, community events, and networking functions
• Build rapport with potential clients and identify their advertising and marketing needs
• Present High Scale's advertising solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs for advertising services
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Collaborate with the High Scale sales team to share best practices and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of persistence and resilience in face of rejection
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel for events and sales activities
