: As a Production Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and production goals. Key Responsibilities: Clean edge guard material from tabletop surfaces. Inspect materials for quality and ensure they meet specifications. Meet or exceed established production rates consistently. What We Expect: Maintain a sharp eye for defects in raw materials and report any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with team members, leaders, and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly. Collaborate and be willing to assist with other departmental tasks as needed. Support your team in achieving production goals and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. Qualifications: Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
