About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified associate to join the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants to work with some of the most innovative companies and investors in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Advise emerging growth companies and investors on formation, financing, and strategic transactions.
• Lead and support venture capital financings, corporate governance matters, and liquidity events.
• Collaborate across practice groups to deliver integrated solutions for complex challenges.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within the innovation economy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emerging growth companies, public companies, and/or capital markets.
• Strong academic credentials and a track record of excellence in corporate advisory work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be admitted to practice in California.
