Compensation: $55,000 + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE: $80K–$100K)

The Opportunity

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own market and client relationships. You'll learn how to:

Match top-tier tech professionals with world-class companies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
Build lasting client partnerships and drive new business
Work in a high-performance, commission-driven sales environment
Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM to stay competitive
