Compensation: Hourly + Commission + Tips + Growth Path

Position: Licensed Esthetician (Full-Time)

We are looking for a skilled, coachable, and client-focused esthetician who loves delivering results-driven treatments, providing an elevated guest experience, and being part of a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments (Hydrofacial, Anti-Aging, Acne, etc.)
• Provide product recommendations using our Aurora Skincare line
• Build relationships with clients and support their long-term skincare journey
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness + uphold our brand standards
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent 5-star experience
• Support membership sales, reviews, and client retention goals
• Participate in ongoing training to elevate skills and results

What We’re Looking For

• California Esthetician License (required)
• 1–5 years experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication + professionalism with clients and team
• Coachable, dependable, and aligned with structure
• Enthusiasm for learning new protocols and growing with the company
• Positive energy, integrity, and kindness
• Ability to work weekends (rotating schedule)
• Passion for serving clients and creating long-term transformation

Compensation:

• $20–$28/hr + tips + treatment commission + product commission + membership bonuses (OTE $65–$95k/year depending on performance)
