Title : Executive Assistant

Location :

• Hybrid: in office 3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday)

Duration : Permanent

Salary : 65-75K, depends on experience.

Must Haves :

• 3+ years of executive support experience
• Able to jungle multiple projects at once
• This includes but is not limited to: scheduling meetings, coordinating events, handling expenses, and other office operations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft office suite experience
• Able to lead and coordinate tasks

Plusses :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Familiar with HRIS systems like Paycor, Jira, or similar
• Knowledge of U.S. HR compliance practices

Day-to-Day :

Insight Global is looking for an executive assistant to work hybrid for one of their clients in the Kansas City area. This role plays a part in both HR functionality and executive assistance. This person will be one of the primary contacts of the executive. They will be responsible for assisting the HR manager with some HR generalist work which would include onboarding and offboarding tasks. They may delegate some of the executive tasks to the offshore assistance in Macedonia that also partners with the executive on calendar appointment management, event coordination, and expense tracking. This person will take on the other daily tasks of executive support such as check writing, writing transfers, office operations and vendor management, just to name a few. This person must be highly organized as part of their day is to organize the office, ensuring that all tasks/projects are in place, they must be hands on with event planning, and handling records. Excellent communication skills is also a major part of this role!
