Job Description

Your Tailor Made Senior Service is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to join our team in a small, well-maintained group home setting. The home houses two male clients and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be providing care for two adult male clients:

1. Client One – Independent with self-care:

   • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation

   • Light housekeeping and meal preparation

   • Occasional assistance with daily routines

2. Client Two – Diagnosed with dementia:

   • Full assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and hygiene

   • Incontinence care

   • Ensure safety and comfort while promoting dignity and respect

   • Provide calm, patient support and redirection as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience, preferably with dementia clients

• Experience working in a group home or similar residential care setting

• Ability to assist with mobility, personal care, and daily living activities

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Dependability, compassion, and patience

• Must pass background check and provide references

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
