• Proven experience as a high-performing Financial Advisor
• Track record of driving results in a fast-moving financial environment
• Sharp attention to detail without sacrificing speed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills—clear, confident, and concise
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Relentless follow-through and commitment to finishing strong
• Licensing required: Insurance + Series 65 or Series 66
