What You'll Do
Continue managing and growing your existing customer base
Quote, book, and track freight across multiple modes (primarily FTL, LTL, reefer, flatbed, etc.)
Use Trinity's proprietary TMS and our in-house Track & Trace team for operational support
Maintain full ownership of your customer relationships while outsourcing back-office tasks (billing, carrier vetting, compliance, collections, etc.)
Run your business from anywhere-no office, no micromanagement

Minimum Requirements
Must have an active book of business (existing freight-moving customers under your direct management)
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in freight brokerage, transportation sales, or as a 1099 agent
Strong working knowledge of load boards, TMS platforms, and carrier sourcing best practices
Self-sufficient and comfortable working 100% remotely as an independent contractor
Ability to handle both customer and carrier relationships with professionalism and urgency
