Overview

The Front Desk & Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing support to the Human Resources department, and coordinating on-site events and engagement. This position ensures a seamless and professional workplace experience by providing reception services, executive assistant support, and administrative coordination. This role supports front-line services, assists with office environment standards, and supports cross-functional projects and events to foster an efficient and welcoming environment.

Essential Functions

  • Reception Support: Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, managing reception duties with professionalism and efficiency
  • Executive Assistant Support: Provides administrative assistance to the VP of HR and HR department, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Workplace Experience & Environment Administration: Assists with office environment standards, supplies, and vendor coordination to ensure a positive and productive workspace
  • Frontline Support & Services: Delivers high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborates with multiple departments to support projects, communications, and operational needs
  • Event Administration: Assists and supports the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities, ensuring smooth logistics and positive experiences
  • Maintains strict confidentiality
  • Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications and Education

Physical Demands
