We’re hiring a Front Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate development firm in Beverly Hills. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s highly organized, friendly, a strong communicator, a creative problem-solver, and looking to grow within business operations, real estate, and property management.
You’ll be the first point of contact in the office with a focus on helping things run smoothly while contributing to the company culture. You’ll work closely with our executive team, accounting, property management, and asset teams, supporting day-to-day needs and taking on meaningful projects as the business grows. You'll also help manage company events and activities, daily meetings and conferences, as well as ad hoc projects.
