Job Description

Fund Operations Manager

Our Radnor area client is seeking an Operations Manager to join their organization. This is a hands on role that will be responsible for supporting various fund operations activities, including trade processing and reconciliation, distributions, and call center communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing fund operations oversight support, including trades processing, calculation, and reconciliation
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with third party vendors, custodians, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring consistent client/service delivery
  • Developing knowledge of industry trends related to operations securities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years operations experience related to multiple financial advisor types, including FINRA broker/dealers, custodians, funds, and transfer agents
  • Knowledge of trading platforms, third party custodians, alternative products, and illiquid securities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent project management abilities

Additional Details:

Employment Type: Direct hire

Compensation: to $100k + bonus

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
