THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Laborer , you will be responsible for lifting and loading, organizing and provisioning ships with necessary supplies and equipment in Pearl Harbor. You will work closely with the provisioning team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Performs physical tasks such as manually unloading or loading navy ships or other transporting devices.
• Sorts, stocks, pulls product, packages and re-packages in proper storage locations.
• Transports goods by hand truck, cart, or daisy chain.
• Complies with safety program and adheres to proper safety practices.
• Responsible for adhering to all policies and procedures as set forth by the company and the U.S. Government.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Safety and security – Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
• Attendance /Punctually – Is consistently at work and on time.
• Dependability – Follows verbal directions and instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
