Are you a Graphic Designer with 5 years of experience that includes working in a marketing or advertising agency AND as part of an in-house team?

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Fortune 500 consumer services company with thousands of locations across the U.S. and Europe. They are looking for a versatile and imaginative Graphic Designer to join their expanding marketing team.

In this role, you’ll create compelling visuals for digital and print channels, collaborating with a cross-functional team, bringing your strategic marketing concepts to life through creative design. You’ll play a key part in shaping the look and feel of one of America’s most recognizable brands!

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality, on-brand digital and print assets, including website banners, social media graphics, display ads, brochures, infographics, email templates, in-store signage, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and product teams to translate campaign strategies into effective visual communications.
• Maintain consistency and integrity of the brand in all creative outputs.
• Interact in creative brainstorms, ideate new concepts, and contribute to campaign development.
• Prepare and optimize design files for both digital publication and print production.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay current with design trends, digital best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Assist with image assets, retouching, and light video editing as needed.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related.
• 5+ years of professional design experience that includes agency and in-house.
• Fluent in PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• A really strong portfolio that shows off your creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and versatility across digital and print channels.
• Solid understanding of layout, type, color theory, branding, and accessibility.
• Masterful in managing your time (organized), able to accept feedback, be a good collaborator and communicator, able to iterate designs efficiently.

Bonus Points if You Have This

• Familiar with HTML/CSS for digital production.
• Figma, Sketch or XD is a plus but not required.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail, ecommerce or service environments.
• Knowledge about preparing assets for print production and know-how of print process.
• Basic video/motion graphics or illustration capabilities.
• Experience editing photos and asset management tools.
