Full-Time On-Call RN Opportunities – Community Hospice (Evening & Night Shifts)

St. Peter’s Health Partners – Community Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) who are looking for meaningful work outside of the traditional bedside setting. Join our Hospice Care Team and make a difference in the lives of patients and families in their homes during evening and overnight hours.

🕒 Current Openings:

Night Shift (12am–8am, 5 days per week- includes every other weekend rotation):

• Albany Area – 1 Full-Time Position
• Saratoga/Washington/Montgomery Counties – 1 Full-Time Position

Evening Shift (4pm–12am, 5 days per week- includes every other weekend rotation):

• Columbia/Greene Counties – 1 Full-Time Position

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Provide after-hours symptom management and end-of-life support
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team including Aides, LPNs, NPs, Medical Directors, Social Workers, Chaplains, and Volunteers
• Deliver compassionate care in the home setting, ensuring dignity and comfort for patients and families

🎓 What You’ll Need:

• NYS RN Licensure
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• 1–2 years RN experience (homecare or acute care preferred)
• Hospice experience a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

💰 Pay Range: $35.00–$47.75/hour Based on experience, skills, education, and location. FLSA-exempt positions will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
