Job Description:

The HR Coordinator will support a wide range of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, records management, payroll processing, and employee support. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Onsite, hours 7am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment efforts including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding
• Maintain communication with applicants and internal teams throughout the hiring process
• Support employee file management, background checks, and I-9 documentation
• Help prepare HR documents and maintain organized personnel files
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and internal HR communications
• Answer general HR-related inquiries and assist with payroll entry and audits
• Support performance management processes and assist with offboarding procedures
• Enter receipts into Concur and support clerical tasks such as scanning, mailing, and scheduling

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in an HR or administrative support role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of discretion with confidential information
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now highly preferred)
