Industrial Electrician – Night Shift

St. Louis, Missouri (Commutable from: Clayton, Ferguson, Bel-Ridge, Bel-Nor, Hanley Hills, Vinita Park, St John, Vinita Park, Bellerive)

$34ph – $40ph + Overtime + Progression + PLC Training + Tuition Reimbursement + 3 Weeks PTO + Stable Company + Excellent Benefits Package

Are you an Industrial Electrician looking to work at a market leading organization offering lots of overtime, specialist training on controls systems and exciting career progression opportunities?

This is an excellent opportunity to work a site-based role with no travel, whilst receiving specialist training on PLCs, 3 weeks of PTO and progression to senior and leadership roles.

This company have a fantastic reputation in their industry, promote from within, and offer in-house training to progress their employees careers. They also offer 3 weeks of PTO to start, which increases to 4 weeks after 1 year. Due to their rapid expansion, they are now seeking multiple Electricians to support their continued success.

In this role you will join a tight-knit team of 10 electricians on the night shift, supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will work on production equipment, facilities, dryers, and PLCs, including the installation of new systems. The schedule is 2-2-3, 12-hour nights, with up to 15 hours of optional overtime a week. This is a site-based role in an industrial environment.

This role would suit an Industrial Electrician, looking for lots of overtime to increase your earnings, specialist training on PLCs and progression into senior and management roles.

The Role:

  • Work in a tight-knit team of 10 electricians on the night shift, supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation

  • From a highly regulated industry, e.g. chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, automotive, food & beverage, construction, or similar
