MD Staff Pointe is looking for top talent to join our outstanding team!

MD Staff Pointe is a growing healthcare staffing firm seeking a Physician Recruiter to expand their office in Dallas, TX. This is a sales role with primary duties to source, place and maintain a pipeline of qualified Locum Tenens Physicians. Base Salary + Generous Commission plan with no cap. The position is not remote or hybrid.

Core Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified physicians through cold calling and all provided sourcing tools
  • Cold calling, texting, & emailing prospective candidates
  • Sell current and upcoming work assignment opportunities to prospective physicians
  • Negotiate commitments, salary and contracts
  • Build and maintain an active base of working physicians
  • Collaborate with business development and other MD Staff Pointe departments to ensure transactions are completed timely and accurately
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and intermediate goals

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment, business development or sales preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys interacting with people and working toward a common goal.
