Haines Law Group, a growing plaintiff-side Labor & Employment and Class Action firm, is seeking a dynamic Head of Intake to oversee and evolve our intake department. This role is ideal for a bilingual Spanish speaker with prior intake, legal, or plaintiff-side experience who is eager to learn, lead, and grow in a litigation-driven environment.
💼 What You'll Do:Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking justice in employment and labor matters
Manage and mentor a team of 3 intake specialists, ensuring high-quality lead conversion and client engagement
Evaluate potential cases and steer them through the intake pipeline
Collaborate directly with our intake lead and transition into a vital leadership role within the department
Establish best practices for intake efficiency and case assessment
Gain deep exposure to the litigation process with future growth into other areas of the firm
Bilingual in Spanish - essential for connecting with our client base
Interest in Labor & Employment law - intake experience or barred attorneys (even entry-level) are encouraged to apply
Leadership readiness - this role will be replacing our current acting Head of Intake, offering mentorship and hands-on learning with a direct path for advancement
