Job Description

LHH has partnered with our San Francisco, CA retail and apparel client to recruit an Integrated Marketing Specialist to join their team on a 6+ month, fully remote contract basis. This role works across the integrated marketing functions of the organization to streamline communication, strategic planning, cross-functional calendars and messaging. You will aid teams across brand, PR, content and copy, product merchandising, eCommerce and similar functions in strategic planning and calendar management, with an eye on the brand marketing and cultural landscape to align content and campaigns. This role blends project coordination with some content marketing responsibilities, with an emphasis on blog content writing, promotion and publishing optimization. To be a fit, you should bring 2+ years of relevant integrated and brand marketing experience in the consumer world, ideally in apparel, fashion, retail or similar. Excellent project management skills are a must, with additional preference for WordPress or other CMS experience.

This opportunity is with a well-know brand in the fashion and apparel space! This is a 6+ month contract role and will be fully remote, primarily working on a PST schedule. Pay ranges from $30 to $32 an hour, depending on level of experience. LHH Contractors are W2 employees and eligible for benefits, including medical, dental and vision options, 401(K), accruing paid sick time at the CA rate and access to LHH resources.

You will:

  • Aid teams across brand, PR, content and copy, product merchandising, eCommerce and similar functions in strategic planning and calendar management
  • Keep a pulse on relevant cultural and industry trends, moments and opportunities, working with integrated marketing and creative teams to inform strategy
  • Serve as a dedicated support for the company's web content and blog, aiding in messaging and publishing work, and ensuring alignment in content with overall strategy
  • Own the content calendar with a focus on driving open communication and keeping projects across the organization on-schedule
  • Support other areas of brand marketing, as needed

Your experience should include:

  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience with a background in content calendar management and project management across teams
  • Experience in a relevant industry, which may include fashion, retail, apparel or consumer products
  • Experience with consumer audiences and campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools, required; Proficiency with web content management and CMS tools, highly preferred
  • Excellent cross-functional communications skills
