Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Utah's best, luxury home builders. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, cheerful, have excellent creative, organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be confident meeting with clients, Regal Homes team members and trade partners. Meetings with clients are held in Regal Homes' proprietary design center or in Zoom Meetings. Candidate will w ork with Home Buyers to help them select Finishes, Colors, Options and Upgrades in an affordable luxury setting. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. Inspecting the progress of home construction for quality control purposes and the opportunity to participate in model home staging also is included.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 - 3 years of experience in related field
• Home Builder Design Center or Interior Design Company Experience of at least 1 Year is required
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of BuilderTrend is a plus.
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
