Job Description

We are looking for Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturer in Peterborough, New Hampshire. As a direct hire, you will be responsible for setting up machines used to manufacture high-stakes applications that support national defense and aerospace efforts.

Key Responsibilities - Machine Operator:

• Set up Machines according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all assemblies meet strict standards.
• Follow standard procedures for handling, inspecting, and testing components.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure that all required documentation is completed.

Required Skills & Experience - Machine Operator:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation : $20-$30p/h (DOE) + benefits
