Job Description

We are looking for Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturer in Peterborough, New Hampshire. As a direct hire, you will be responsible for setting up machines used to manufacture high-stakes applications that support national defense and aerospace efforts.

Key Responsibilities - Machine Operator:

Set up Machines according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
Conduct quality checks to ensure that all assemblies meet strict standards.
Follow standard procedures for handling, inspecting, and testing components.
Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure that all required documentation is completed.

Required Skills & Experience - Machine Operator:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
