Marketing & Sales Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid – Franklin, MA (1 remote day/week)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing & Sales Support Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operational excellence. This role supports both our DTC and professional medical marketing efforts, while also contributing to sales operations and business support. You’ll help shape our brand presence, manage digital campaigns, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across platforms and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Creative

• Lead the creation of marketing materials for both OTC and professional medical audiences
• Develop and manage paid social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Create, schedule, and monitor weekly social content
• Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to review and approve creative assets
• Track and report performance metrics for social media and digital campaigns
• Build and send marketing emails via MailChimp
• Identify and engage OTC influencers and testimonial partners (including vetting for authenticity)
• Explore and support affiliate marketing initiatives

Sales & Operations

• Manage, input, and monitor purchase orders
• Process pricing according to contracts
• Assist with daily order and inventory tracking, escalating issues as needed
• Support Voice of the Customer and basic sales reporting
• Contribute to sales operations and analytics projects

General & Administrative

• Provide support to senior management and sales staff
• Assist with tradeshow preparation and onsite support
• Help with demo models and overflow project work as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or social media content creation
• Proficiency with Canva; MailChimp experience preferred
• Familiarity with Shopify, EDI systems, and Amazon Seller tools is a plus
• Interest or background in B2B/B2C marketing and/or medical device industry
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
