This person will take full ownership of the health, structure, and usability of our marketing data ecosystem across HubSpot, Airtable, and other tools. They’ll design and maintain scalable data models, optimize workflows, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics that inform key business decisions. This person will serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, and Digital, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and leveraged to its fullest potential. Their work will directly shape how our teams operate, measure success, and drive growth across the organization.
