Role/Responsibilities :

• Looking for Medical Technologist /Clinical Lab technician.
• The candidate in reliability runs a hospital instrument (analyzer) to simulate a Clinical environment.
• They test functions of the User Interface, troubleshoot hardware, software, calibrations and maintain QC results.
• Be able to follow protocols.
• Investigate failures/Identify where the failure originated/Detailed documentation of failures.
• Identify/perform maintenance requirements.
• Understand and write worklists.
• General lab rules (safety, biohazard and waste management).
• Reagent inventory/Perform Calibration and QC.
• Acquire log files/Read log files and Collect and research data.
• Maintain instrument configuration control.
• Assist in writing and reviewing reliability testing protocols and reports as required.
• Train new reliability technologists when required.
• Gathers and analyzes information skillfully and works well in group problem solving situations.
• Pursues training and development opportunities and shares expertise with others.
• Responds promptly to internal customer needs and meets commitments.
• Asks for and offers help when needed/Able to follow guidelines.
• Meets challenges with resourcefulness; generates suggestions for improving work.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak and write effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Is consistently at work and on time; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate / Bachelor degree in relevant field.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $29.32 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $38.26 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
