Role – Network Project Manager
Contract
Location – Jacksonville FL (Onsite from day -1)
candidate who possess good hands-on experience in Networks who can drive and execute Network related transformation projects. If needed, he/she needs to pitch-in for actual execution .
Required Skills:
Experience in networking environment and at least 3 years of Technical project Management experience responsible for gathering requirements, scoping a project and produce an executable plan for delivery utilizing Microsoft Project. Document deployment processes, support change requests and liaison with carriers and vendors for installations
• Advanced networking technology skills along with a good understanding of cross platform technologies;
• Certified project manager (typically PMI PMP, PRINCE or comparable);
• In Depth knowledge and experience of networking technologies with at least the following technologies Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, McAfee and Checkpoint;
• Strong understanding of Ethernet, Spanning Tree, TCP/IP, Routing (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP);
• Strong understanding of ITIL, network security concepts and service management principals
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate and resolve problems and issues;
• Good communication skills, fluent in local language and English (written/verbal);
• Strong Stakeholder management ability
• Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization;
