Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Shift: Nigh Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 12-Hr (2-2-3) Schedule
Pay Rate: $19.55/hour
Job Type: Contract (Strong potential for contract-to-hire)
Industry: Medical Device Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities: - Pick, pack, and deliver direct materials to Manufacturing and Packaging Lines.
- Process Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) to the Distribution Center.
- Transport materials to storage areas using equipment and following SOPs.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GMP standards in all warehouse operations.
- Receive goods accurately, verify shipments, and inspect item conditions.
- Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain proper material flow in manufacturing areas according to guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Monitor space utilization and support efficient storage practices.
- Perform data entry, cycle counts, and forklift battery maintenance.
- Identify and reduce safety risks in compliance with HSE policies.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse and forklift experience
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and ramps
- Must wear PPE correctly throughout the shift
- Ability to operate heavy machinery
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
