Why this job – OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR:

A Bozeman-based construction firm is looking to add an Office Administrator to their team. In this on-site role, you’ll work directly with the company’s leadership and serve as the face of the organization. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly, acting as the glue that connects the Partners, Operations, and Administrative staff.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys staying organized. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a professional office atmosphere, managing communications, and providing essential support to leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Manage the office phone—answer calls, check voicemails, and direct inquiries
  • Monitor general company inboxes and route inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Provide general admin support to the Controller and Partners
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • File invoices, bank statements, and other documents in the appropriate systems
  • Maintain office organization, including ordering and stocking supplies
  • Keep the office professional and guest-ready
  • Greet and assist office visitors
  • Manage conference room bookings and ensure proper setup for meetings
  • Assist with occasional errands and office-related tasks as needed

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
  • A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to support others
  • Comfort with basic technology and digital filing systems
  • Ability to work onsite in Bozeman

Where and How Much:

  • $60-65K Salary
